Every engagement with GrapicVibe moves through three plain stages, so you always know what happens next and what you will receive.

You email a short description of your request. We read it carefully and reply with the questions we need answered before going further.

We agree on the scope, deliverables, and timing in writing. Nothing begins until both sides have confirmed the same expectations.

Work is delivered against the agreed criteria, with updates sent by email at each milestone so progress stays visible.
